Averill (aka <3Ave), a longtime member of the Cabot team, has been with us since 2006, when she started out as our Marketing Intern.

Today, she does most of the Tweeting for Cabot, and trolls the web for beautiful content to post to our Pinterest boards.

She was born and raised in Vermont on Seriously Sharp Cheddar, but when asked to name her favorite Cabot product, her response was, “That’s like asking a mother who her favorite child is!”

Ave plays the cornet, and is also a big reader: she loves cozying up in a comfy chair with a Diet Pepsi and a good sci-fi or fantasy novel. But she doesn’t just read for pleasure—she just finished her PhD in History in Buffalo, which means she’s given some serious thought to her favorite historical period. If she could go back in time, she’d be a sultan of the middle period of the Ottoman Empire.
